"Stonybrook Middle School prepares a diverse community of students to become life-long learners in an ever-changing world."

Stonybrook opened in the fall of 1972 as a 7th, 8th and 9th grade school. Several renovations have occurred over the years, including state-of-the-art industrial technology labs, computer labs, and additional classrooms for the increasing number of students. In the fall of 1994, Stonybrook Middle School welcomed the addition of the 6th grade as the new middle school configuration became a reality of the township. Beginning with the 1996-97 school year, Stonybrook offered residents of Warren Township a choice to indicate a preference for attending a year-round middle school.
